We do not take Credit/Debit card or Net banking details on our website. On clicking the option Pay Now, you will be redirected to either Secure Payment Gateway or Bank’s Net Banking website for completing the transaction. You will then be required to enter your relevant card details or net banking details on the page to complete the transaction. On successful completion of the transaction, you will be redirected to our website with your order details and order number being displayed. 

It is to be noted that we will not be storing any Bank related information on our records and none of our staff will hold or be exposed to this information.

The arbitration shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the governing law of India. The arbitration shall be conducted by sole arbitrator, and such arbitrator shall have no authority to add Parties, vary the provisions of the Terms of Use. The arbitrator shall be bound by applicable and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or other law relating to arbitration in force in India at the relevant time. Each party shall pay their own costs and fees. Claims necessitating arbitration under this section include, but are not limited to contract claims, tort claims, claims based on local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations. (Cost of the Arbitration to be borne equally by both the parties, in the absence of any order as to costs in the Arbitration Award).
